This Honjozo sake is colourless and displays a natural rice softness with a well-balanced, robust profile. The aromatic bouquet is complex and earthy, featuring notes of sweet bread, shimeji mushrooms, and white truffles. On the palate, it is smooth and rich with flavours of ripe apple, rice cake, toffee, and roasted nuts, complemented by a light minerality. The finish is clean and crisp, making it a highly versatile choice that can be enjoyed chilled or heated. ABV 15.5%.
