At ZYN, we pride ourselves on the quality of our premium food products; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Submit clear photographs of any damaged packaging or incorrect items to help our quality control team verify your claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
