The Nakano Sake Brewery was established in 1844 and has been managed by the Nakano family for over 180 years. Currently led by President Masami Nakano, the brewery is known for its philosophy of 'creating a rich food culture through Japanese sake' and its ability to blend Edo-period traditions with cutting-edge brewing technology.

Description

This Daiginjo is clear in appearance and is brewed using 'Ginpu' rice from Hokkaido, which is polished down to 50%. The aromatic profile is elegantly dry, featuring a bouquet of wild grape, white lily, and field flowers. On the palate, it offers a silky and smooth texture with notes of lychee, green apple, melon, and hints of honey and guava. It is characterized by a refined body, nice acidity, and a crisp, lingering finish. The alcohol content is 15% to 15.5%.
