Nakano Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. was established in 1844 and has continued a legacy of traditional sake brewing for over 180 years. The brewery is renowned for growing plums at its own Kuni Zakari Farm and is currently led by President Masami Nakano, maintaining a philosophy of 'creating a rich food culture through Japanese sake'.
Description
This specialty umeshu is handcrafted by infusing 100% Japanese ume plums with real lavender to create a noble and soothing fragrance. The aromatic profile is defined by a sweet floral bouquet with distinctive hints of mint. On the palate, it delivers elegant flavours of ripe plum, apple, and citrus, which are complemented by sweet herbaceous and earthy notes. The body is smooth and well balanced, leading to a lingering finish that harmonizes fruity sweetness with delicate lavender essence. It has an alcohol content of 9% to 9.5%.
