The brewery is unique for operating its own dedicated plum farm, the Kuni Zakari Farm, where employees meticulously cultivate and harvest approximately 3,000 trees to ensure the highest quality ingredients for their liqueurs.

This classic umeshu presents a golden amber colour. The aromatic profile is inviting and fruity, featuring notes of caramel, lemon, and dark plum. On the palate, it delivers a rich and complex sensory experience where juicy sweetness is masterfully balanced by spicy and tart undertones with hints of marzipan.
