Zuccardi Q Tempranillo originates from Argentina, specifically within the Mendoza region. The Zuccardi family legacy began in 1963 when Alberto Zuccardi planted the first vines in Maipú; today, the third generation, led by agronomist Sebastián Zuccardi, continues to pioneer high-quality viticulture. The 'Q' in the name stands for 'Quality', indicating that the grapes are sourced from carefully selected parcels of old vines. The winery follows a philosophy where 'place is more important than the winemaking process', utilizing research and development to deeply understand the diverse soils and climates of their vineyard sites.

Wine Description

This red wine displays an intense ruby red colour. The sensory profile is rich and layered, featuring an aromatic nose of ripe fruits such as figs, cherries, and plums, which are well-integrated with spicy notes derived from oak ageing. On the palate, the wine is superbly structured with a soft entry, offering firm tannins and a balanced acidity alongside flavours of red berries, tobacco leaf, and hints of chocolate. It has a good volume and a persistent, long finish.
