Tarlant Zero Rose Nature
Originating from the Marne Valley in Champagne, France, this cuvée comes from a family owned grower house with roots dating back to 1687. Now under the care of the twelfth generation, led by Benoît Tarlant, the estate manages 14 hectares across 57 distinct plots. The Tarlant family philosophy focuses on a pure, radical winemaking style that emphasizes the terroir through organic and biodynamic practices, minimal intervention, and a pioneering commitment to zero dosage.
Wine Description
The Tarlant Zero Rose Nature NV presents a pale coral pink or salmon hue. The nose is expressive and precise, revealing an inviting bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry, and rhubarb, accented by notes of blood orange, cherry blossom, and a hint of fresh almond or pastry cream. On the palate, the wine is bone dry and medium bodied, featuring a fine, creamy mousse and a silky texture. It displays a vibrant tension between ripe red fruit and a savory, chalky mineral drive that carries through to a clean, saline finish.

Food Pairing
This wine's structural finesse makes it an ideal companion for seared tuna, smoked salmon with crème fraiche, or aged Comté cheese. It also pairs elegantly with lighter fare such as grilled shrimp with lemon or a savory zucchini and red onion frittata.
