Stoller Pinot Noir Reserve 2021

Stoller Pinot Noir Reserve 2021

This 100% Pinot Noir originates from the Dundee Hills AVA within Oregon's Willamette Valley. Established in 1993, Stoller Family Estate is a pioneer in sustainable viticulture, notably becoming the first winery in the world to achieve LEED Gold certification. The family owned estate prioritizes a gravity flow winemaking philosophy to maintain the integrity of their fruit, which is sourced entirely from the largest contiguous vineyard in the Dundee Hills.

Wine Description

The Reserve Pinot Noir presents a dark and sophisticated sensory profile, opening with aromas of leather, cola, and dense dark berries, lifted by hints of cinnamon and a sweet touch of vanilla bean. On the palate, the wine is elegant and finely structured, offering a concentrated yet slender body characterized by layered flavors of cranberry, rhubarb, and black plum. The mouthfeel is defined by softly chalky, luxurious tannins and vibrant acidity, leading into a long, delicate finish with notes of flint and floral perfume.
