The sensory profile is elegant and complex, featuring an expressive nose of pear, mango, and honeysuckle, layered with rich notes of brioche, vanilla, and jasmine. On the palate, the wine is medium-to-full-bodied and remarkably balanced, showcasing flavours of cooked fruit, quince jelly, and apricot jam. It is characterized by its refreshing acidity and a long, firm finish that reveals hints of beeswax and acacia honey. This cuvée is an equal blend of 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 33% Pinot Meunier, with an ABV of 12.5%. The wine typically includes 25% reserve wines and is aged for a minimum of four years in the house’s deep, cool cellars, the deepest in Epernay, to develop its signature creamy texture.
