Clear water-white; light juniper is the top note on the nose, with citrus just below the surface and crushed black pepper providing a spicy accent; dry and medium-bodied, with a very balanced juniper and citrus character; peppery and sweet notes emerge on the mid-palate, leading to a finish that is dry and slightly warm.
