This Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep ruby colour with a garnet rim. The aromatic profile is inviting and expressive, featuring notes of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and plum, complemented by oak inspired scents of vanilla, cedar, and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied and smooth, offering flavours of black currant, black raspberry, and subtle hints of chocolate and gingerbread. It is characterized by a well polished balance, integrated tannins, and a persistent, slightly savoury finish. The blend typically consists of approximately 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, supplemented by Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. The ABV is 13.5%, and the wine is certified sustainable. The optimal drinking window is generally three to five years from the vintage date.
