On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied and smooth, offering flavours of black currant, black raspberry, and subtle hints of chocolate and gingerbread. It is characterized by a well polished balance, integrated tannins, and a persistent, slightly savoury finish. The blend typically consists of approximately 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, supplemented by Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. The ABV is 13.5%, and the wine is certified sustainable.
