This elegant Pinot Noir displays a ruby red colour of medium intensity. The nose is expressive and fresh, bursting with aromas of morello cherry, strawberry, and cranberry, layered with notes of wild herbs, forest floor, and a hint of vanilla from oak ageing. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and juicy, featuring flavours of pomegranate and tart red berries balanced by savoury hints of leather, spice, and tobacco. It possesses a smooth, silky texture with gentle tannins, refreshing acidity, and a persistent, clean finish.
