The Tesseron family has a long heritage in the region, originally serving as a major supplier of aged 'eaux-de-vie' to large cognac houses before releasing spirits under their own name in 2003. Today, the house remains family-owned and is led by Alfred Tesseron, who also oversees the prestigious Bordeaux estate Château Pontet-Canet.

Spirit Description

This expression is a blend of reserve stocks crafted primarily from Ugni Blanc grapes, matured for more than a generation in Limousin oak casks within the distillery's thirteenth-century stone cellars. The lot number suggests that the oldest 'eaux-de-vie' in the blend was distilled in 1976.
