Beer Description
This NEIPA pours a dense, completely opaque glowing orange—often likened to mango juice—with a thick, pillowy white head and very soft carbonation.
Aroma: It features an intense, "saturated" nose of tropical fruit. Expect a massive bouquet of ripe pineapple, fuzzy peach, and sweet clementine, with a subtle, creamy vanilla-like undertone that comes from the specific yeast and grain interaction.
Palate: On the tongue, it is famously full-bodied with a "chewy," velvety mouthfeel. It leads with a lush sweetness of tropical stone fruit and citrus pulp.
