Marketed as "Canada’s first impeccable Dry Gin," it is inspired by the classic London Dry style but elevated with local Canadian terroir. The name reflects its use of seven specific botanicals sourced from around the globe, which are processed using a lukewarm warm vapour infusion to preserve the delicate essential oils of the plants. Spirit Description

The gin is crystal clear with a mellow and approachable character. On the nose, it leads with a vibrant bouquet of Nordic juniper and elderberries, accompanied by citrus peel and herbaceous notes of Labrador tea. The palate is highly complex and well-balanced, featuring exotic citrus flavors, often attributed to the "forbidden fruit" (a citrus hybrid)—layered with peppery juniper and earthy floral tones.
