See Ya Later Ranch is situated high above the Okanagan Valley on Hawthorne Mountain, reaching an elevation of nearly two thousand feet. Founded in 1919 by Major Hugh Fraser, the winery is named after the cheeky three-word note his London bride left for him upon seeing the rustic surroundings of the ranch.
Wine Description
Rover presents a deep cherry colour with an aromatic profile of ripe red fruits and intense dark berries. On the nose, perfumy floral notes from the Viognier component intermingle with spiced cherries, mocha, and a distinct hint of coarse ground black pepper. The palate is rich and full-bodied, featuring layers of creamy cassis, ripe plums, and spiced rum cake balanced by firm tannins and fresh acidity.
