The Rotari Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut presents a bright, light yellow colour with delicate straw highlights and a persistent, fine perlage. As a 'white from whites' style, it is crafted from 100% Chardonnay. The sensory profile is complex and refined, featuring an intense bouquet of ripe golden apples, pineapple, and citrus, layered with elegant notes of bread crust, toasted nuts, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is bone-dry and well-balanced, showcasing a crisp minerality and a creamy texture derived from 48 months of aging on the lees. It is characterized by its linear acidity and a long, persistent finish with hints of hazelnut and dried fruit. This sparkling wine typically has an ABV of 12.5% and a very low dosage of approximately 3 g/L.
