Rich aromas of browned butter, butterscotch and sea salt are pleasantly creamy and engaging on the nose of this bottling, which also shows floral hints of plumeria and jasmine. A fine line of lime-pith-like acidity drives down the palate, cutting through honeydew and cherimoya flavors.
