Pelee Island Winery is located in the South Islands sub-appellation of Ontario, Canada, on Pelee Island, the southernmost grape-growing region in the country. With a history dating back to 1854, the estate is regarded as the birthplace of winemaking in Canada. The winery operates over 700 acres of farmland with a philosophy deeply rooted in sustainability, being one of only five Ontario wineries to be both Sustainable Winemaking Ontario (SWO) Winery and Vineyard certified.

This Cabernet Franc is a deep ruby red wine that offers a bold yet elegant expression of the varietal. The nose features intense aromas of perfectly ripened red fruits, light currant jam, and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, showcasing flavours of succulent summer berry pie, plum, and dark chocolate, layered with subtle notes of cedar and vanilla.
