Pares Balta Cava Brut (NV)

Pares Balta Cava Brut is a deliciously dry, sparkling wine made in the Champagne method yet with plenty of bright, soft fruit flavours. It has a medley of white peach, apple, pear, melon and lime fruit on the nose, with a gentle creamy smokiness from the time this Cava spent on its lees. Rich flavours of apple, honeydew, peach and mineral notes on its fruit-forward and nicely balanced palate, with a clean, tropical fruit-infused finish.
