On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and "velvety," showcasing a rich core of dark plum and fresh fig underpinned by savory notes of tobacco leaf, cocoa nib, and mocha. It is characterized by its plush tannins and a long, lifted finish carried by a touch of violet and warm spice. This blend consists of 98% Merlot and 2% Malbec, reaching a robust ABV of 15.1%. The wine was matured for 18 months in 82% new French oak and was bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2024.
