Nova Scotia’s ocean influenced terroir and cool climate provides the ideal conditions for a style of rosé characterized by delightful fruit flavours, refreshing acidity, vibrancy and balance. Our L&W Rosé is fermented in stainless steel to preserve that natural freshness and primary fruit character.

A pale, yet brilliant salmon hue shines from the glass. On the nose, wild strawberry blossom and cherry-eucalyptus aromas captivate and provide a sense of freshness. On the palate, white cranberry and cloudberry notes impart a juicy, yet tart, fruitiness, which is accented by chalky minerality and harmonized by refreshing acidity.

Enjoy on its own or paired with cured meats, salty cheeses, fresh tomato salad or a wide range of lighter fare.
