Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Larceny is produced by Heaven Hill Distillery and is an extension of their Old Fitzgerald line. The spirit is inspired by the tale of John E. Fitzgerald, a US Treasury Agent who, as legend has it, used his keys to 'thieve' sips from the best casks of Old Fitzgerald bourbon while guarding the bonded rickhouses. These 'Fitzgerald Barrels' were noted for being "exceptionally smooth".

Whisky Description

Aroma: Fresh bread and toffee, with notes of butterscotch, along with buttery bread, honey, nuts, and vanilla.

Palate: Buttery caramel and honeyed notes, with initial notes of sweet corn and a hint of oak, cinnamon, and a rich mouthfeel.

Body: Medium-to-full body.

Finish: Long, gently sweet, and savoury.
