A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle. Peachy colour. The nose is complex and intense with aromas of exotic fruits, strawberry and cherry with a hint of spice. The mouth is full, the fruit persistent and the finish is salivating. Great expression. Pairs beautifully with sushi, ceviche, salads, pasta with clams, crab roll, gazpacho.
