Kobayashi Shuzo Hououbiden Akaban Junmai Daiginjo Sake - 720 ml

Akaban is made from the noble "Yamadanishiki" variety.  Aromas of juicy muskmelon and lychee fruit are delicious. Perfumed, but not overpowering, with a clear, crisp finish.  Only once pasteurised to maintain freshness and flavour concentration.
