The estate's winemaking philosophy focuses on low yields and minimal intervention to produce robust, structured rosés that reflect the red wine personality of the Southern Rhône.

This wine presents a pure and deep salmon pink colour. The sensory profile is elegant and complex, featuring a nose of bright cherries, framboise, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a round, layered texture and flavours of red plum, watermelon, and smoked cherry. The wine is well-structured with prominent tannins and a balanced acidity that leads to a long, mineral-driven finish. Composed of 60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 10% Clairette, 10% Syrah, and 5% other local varieties, it was matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks for six months to preserve its aromatic finesse.
