The liquid remains unchanged despite the 2026 packaging update, maintaining the classic "house style" that has defined the distillery for generations.

• Maturation: Matured for at least 12 years in a combination of American bourbon and Spanish Oloroso sherry oak casks before being married in oak tuns for complete harmony.

• Appearance: Bright golden yellow.

• Nose: Distinctively fresh and fruity with a prominent hint of pear, green apple, and honeyed malt, accompanied by delicate floral notes of elderflower.

• Palate: Soft and approachable with characteristic sweet fruit notes that develop into butterscotch, cream, and malt, balanced by subtle oak and a touch of white pepper.

• Finish: Long, smooth, and mellow, leaving a clean exit of apple and vanilla.
