The Garzón Cabernet de Corte 2021 is a vibrant and fruit-forward red blend that highlights the influence of the nearby Atlantic Ocean.

• Appearance: Deep and intense ruby red.

• Nose: An aromatic profile dominated by spices, freshly cut herbs, and green pepper, layered with notes of ripe blackberries and soft black fruits.

• Palate: Gentle and silky on the entry, the wine is medium-bodied with velvety tannins. It offers a core of blackcurrant and berry flavors balanced by a delicate acidity and savory herbal undertones.

• Technical Details: The 2021 blend is primarily 80% Cabernet Franc, rounded out with 10% Tannat, 5% Merlot, and 5% Marselan. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its varietal character and aged on its lees in the same tanks (no oak is used for this specific "Estate" tier). The alcohol by volume (ABV) is 12.5%.
