Beer Description

This Pilsner pours a brilliant, crystal-clear golden straw color with a lively carbonation and a tight, frothy white head.

Aroma: It features a clean and elegant nose with distinct floral and herbal notes from noble hops, underpinned by a delicate scent of sweet, bready malt and a hint of lemon zest.

Palate: The flavor is crisp and light bodied. It delivers a gentle, crackery malt sweetness that is quickly balanced by a refined, snappy bitterness. The mouthfeel is effervescent and clean, leading to a bone-dry, refreshing finish.

Profile: It has an ABV of 5.0% and a moderate bitterness of 35 IBU, staying true to the traditional German Pilsner profile by offering a more assertive hop "snap" than a standard North American lager.

Technical Notes: Brewed with four simple, high quality ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, and yeast. It is cold-conditioned (lagered) for several weeks to achieve its signature clarity and smooth, crisp character.
