Elderton Command Shiraz is a bold, rich, structured and elegant. With a deep crimson hue, lifted aromas of spiced plum with hints of roasted coffee bean. The palate has spiced summer pudding flavours, brooding with cloves and an undertone of graphite. Silken layers of tannin carry the fruit to a long and seamless finish.
