Dominio Imperfetto is a boutique project founded by the De Cerchio family, who sought to challenge the traditional red-dominated viticulture of the region by creating high quality, modern white and rosé wines. The winery’s philosophy is captured in its name celebrating the beauty of natural "imperfections" and the authentic, non-homogenized character of the land. Sourced from organic vineyards along the Trabocchi Coast, the wine benefits from a unique maritime microclimate where mild breezes and calcareous, sandy soils impart a signature freshness and mineral tension.

Wine Description

Dominio Imperfetto "Perfectly Imperfect" R (Rosé) presents a pale, luminous pink hue reminiscent of a Mediterranean sunset. The nose is delicate and highly expressive, offering an elegant bouquet of ripe strawberries, cherries, and citrus fruits, accented by floral hints of rose petals and violet. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and well-balanced, showcasing a crisp acidity and a savory, mineral core that reflects its coastal origins. It is characterized by its "crunchy" red fruit flavors, redcurrant, wild strawberry and a persistent, harmonious finish. This organic blend of Merlot (60%), Montepulciano (20%), and Sangiovese (20%) has an ABV of 12.5%.
