Produced by Dillon's Small Batch Distillers, this vodka is a "grain-to-glass" expression made using 100% Ontario-grown rye grain. Unlike standard vodkas that strive for total neutrality, Dillon's utilizes a specialized stripping still (nicknamed "Beaut") to refine the rye spirit to a clean finish while retaining the grain's distinctive, spicy character.
