Corte Aura Franciacorta Brut

A straw yellow wine with harmonious flavours, persistent and elegant bouquet with the known characteristics of fermentation in the bottle, hints of bread crust and yeast enriched by subtle hints of citrus and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts and dry white figs), tasty flavour, fresh, fine and harmonious. On the nose, it is floral and lightly fruity. Great with aperitifs and throughout the meal. It will perfectly go with dishes based on fish or vegetables, main and second coursed based on fish and raw fish, fried fish and vegetables, cold pork meats, white meat, white meat sauce, breaded veal cutlet, and ripe cheese.
