Collective Arts Hazy State 473 ml - 24 Cans
Collective Arts Hazy State is produced in Canada, within the region of Ontario and the subregion of Hamilton. The brewery was founded in 2013 by Matt Johnston and Bob Russell with a mandate to fuse the craft of brewing with the talents of emerging artists, musicians, and filmmakers. In 2014, the company moved into the historic former Lakeport Brewing facility near Hamilton's waterfront, which now serves as its primary production hub and a community space for creative events.
Description
This hugely flavourful yet extremely sessionable New England style IPA is double dry-hopped with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops. It presents a highly hazed, bright golden colour with a slim layer of delicate ivory foam. The nose is dominated by intense citrus and tropical fruit notes, including grapefruit, orange, guava, and mango. On the palate, it is crisp and hop-forward with layers of tropical fruit bliss and bright citrus that are balanced by a smooth, creamy body. Despite its rich mouthfeel, the beer remains refreshing with a moderate bitterness and a clean finish. Collective Arts Hazy State is bottled at an ABV of 4.1%.
