Wine Description
This Chianti Classico is crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes, organically farmed and hand-harvested. It presents a brilliant ruby colour in the glass. Aromas unfold with fresh cherries, red raspberries, rose petals, and subtle spice, followed by hints of tobacco and crushed stone. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with lively acidity, refined tannins, and layers of red fruit, violet, and savoury earth.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted white meats, braised dishes, tomato-based pasta, and pizza. Its freshness and savoury notes also make it an excellent companion to aged cheeses and rustic Tuscan fare.
