Campo De Encanto Pisco Moscatel

Intense aromas of fresh green grapes and white flowers like jasmine and lily, trending towards overripe papaya and guava. Sweet and focused, very inviting. Green apple and orchard fruit dominate the palate, with green pear skin, and wildflower honey also present. Hints of fennel and star anise make an appearance. Unabashed and lengthy. Although there is a bit of residual heat, the rawness of the spirit is extremely appealing. Straw, spice and a bit of herbaceousness leave the palate wanting more.
