Beer Description

Luminosity pours a brilliant, sparkling pale gold with a tall, frothy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and beautiful lacing.

Aroma: The nose is clean, bright, and floral. It leads with the scent of freshly baled hay, dried herbs, and lemon zest, supported by a foundation of sweet, bready pilsner malt. There is a distinct "noble" spicy quality that is characteristic of traditional German hops.

Palate: On the tongue, it is light-bodied with a sharp, effervescent carbonation. It leads with a fleeting, grainy malt sweetness reminiscent of unsalted crackers before a firm, assertive bitterness sweeps across the palate. The finish is remarkably dry and clean, leaving a lingering, spicy hop "snap" that is both refreshing and bold.

Profile: It sits at a sessionable 5.2% ABV and features a significant bitterness (approx. 35–40 IBU), providing the structural "bite" that defines the style.
