On the palate, the wine is dry, savory, and beautifully structured, showcasing the power of the Pinot Noir alongside the elegance of the Chardonnay. It features a creamy mousse and a vibrant acidity that drives a long, clean finish marked by saline minerality. This blend typically consists of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on its lees (yeasts) for 30 to 36 months before disgorgement. The ABV is typically around 12.5%.
