Bouchard Pere & Fils Pinot Noir Bourgogne 2021 displays a bright crimson-ruby red colour. The nose is fine and subtle, offering a very aromatic bouquet of small ripe red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, and currant, accented by hints of earthiness and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is light to medium-bodied and supple, featuring refreshing acidity and soft tannins that blend pleasantly with flavours of plum, strawberry, and a touch of oak. It is characterized by its harmonious balance, round texture, and a lingering, vibrant finish. This 100% Pinot Noir has an ABV of 12.5%. While the estate follows sustainable management practices, this specific regional bottling is not certified organic. The optimal drinking window for this vintage is from release through 2026
