Biutiful Cava Brut Rose

Biutiful Cava Brut Rose

Biutiful Cava Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine made exclusively from 100% Garnacha grapes, sourced from 40- to 50-year-old vines situated at altitudes of 300–400 meters on calcareous clay and broken limestone soils. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle (Méthode Champenoise) and is aged on its lees for a minimum of 12 months prior to disgorging.

In the glass, it presents a pale salmon hue with a lively effervescence. The nose offers a bouquet of fresh red berries, blood orange, and floral notes, complemented by subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, it is brisk and youthful, delivering flavors of juicy raspberry, cherry, and candied rose, with a refreshingly bitter edge that deepens on the back half. The finish is tangy and precise, leaving a lingering floral note.

Accolades:

  • Vinous – 90 points

  • Wine Enthusiast – 88 points

Food Pairing:
This versatile sparkling rosé pairs well with a variety of dishes, including shellfish, appetizers, lean fish, cured meats, and as an aperitif. Its bright acidity and red fruit profile make it an excellent companion to enhance the complexity of your meal.
