The sensory profile features an exuberant bouquet of fresh violets, blackberry, and blackcurrant, underpinned by complex notes of graphite, dusty cocoa, and espresso. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and super-polished, offering a lush, creamy mid-palate with flavours of black plum and warm baking spices such as clove and cedar. It is characterized by structured, velvety tannins and a bright line of fresh acidity that leads to a long, sumptuous finish. This blend is composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot, and 2% Malbec, with an ABV of 15.1%. While the estate vineyards are third-party certified sustainable, this wine is not certified organic.
