Le Beret Bleu is a delightful, delicate red wine made entirely from the Cinsault grape variety (100% Cinsault), which some call the 'Pinot of the South'. On the palate, it is described as juicy and fresh, with notes of redcurrant and raspberry or violets and small red fruits. The wine is medium bodied with a moderate acidity level and a fine, elegant tannic structure.
