Glenmorangie 12 Year Old is a premium Highland single malt Scotch whisky produced at the Glenmorangie Distillery in Tain, Ross-shire, Scotland. Founded in 1843 by William Matheson, the distillery is home to the tallest stills in Scotland and is currently owned by the French luxury goods company Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH). In summer 2024, the distillery announced a major shift in its core range, replacing its flagship 'The Original 10 Year Old' with a new 'The Original 12 Year Old' expression to offer increased silkiness and complexity.
