The distillery is a Certified B Corporation, utilizing sustainable practices such as biomass and solar power, and repurposing agave waste into adobe bricks for local community projects.
Spirit Description
This 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila is aged for over one year (typically 12 months) in a combination of French and American oak barrels.
Appearance: Light amber with shiny golden reflections and bronze hues.
Nose: Highly aromatic and sweet, featuring caramel, toasted nuts, orange peel, chocolate, and toffee, with a notable "Christmas cookie" or "caramel corn" scent.
Palate: Full-bodied and velvety with a distinct "confectionary" sweetness. It offers layers of vanilla bean, sweet cooked agave, and toasted pecans, balanced by crisp herbal notes and a hint of cinnamon.
Finish: Very long, silky, and rich, leaving a smooth aftertaste of pecan pie and soft oak.
